Refunds and Exchanges

Overview
At Pecev Preece, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and exchange policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. It should be returned in the original packaging, and the tags must still be intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from returns. These include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Health and Personal Care Items

Additionally, perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or intimate items.

Conditions for Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (due to reasons not caused by us)
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to appear. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@pecevpreece.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at support@pecevpreece.com and return the item to our address provided.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is processed.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
